Dining at the restaurant at Amandari is made up of lots of seasonal local produce which are combined with the freshest spices and ingredients to create beautiful dishes. Balinese, Indonesian and international dishes are served here all with stunning views across the Ayung River Valley.
The bar is next to the pool which is set amongst the leafy gardens of the hotel. As well as serving refreshments all day and evening cocktails, you can also get light meals here. The hotel offers lots of experiences for you to explore the island through cycling or trekking or by what they call 'Cultural Immersion'. Alternatively if you want to you can stay at the hotel and experience some of the many wellness treatments available at the spa or use the fully equipped gym. |
