Cameron Highlands Tour
This is something a bit different, a tour of a lesser explored and beautiful area of Malaysia - Cameron Highlands.
With this tour, operated by one of our suppliers, you will be able to see the beauty of this area and stay at the gorgeous 4.5* Cameron Highlands Resort. We're letting you know about it as it is an option to add on to a single or twin centre Malaysia holiday. The tour begins in Kuala Lumpur and finishes either back in Kuala Lumpur or can continue onto Penang or Pangkor Laut. With all nights spent at Cameron Highlands Resort Itinerary |
Day 1: Kuala Lumpur to Cameron Highlands Travel from Kuala Lumpur to the Cameron Highlands, stopping along the way at Lata Iskandar waterfall and the aboriginal village of Orang Asli. When you reach the Cameron Highlands you’re in for a treat, with traditional afternoon tea in the charming secret garden of the Smokehouse Hotel all with stunning far reaching views.
Day 2: Cameron Highlands Hop into a Land Rover and head up to the Cameron Highlands’ second highest mountain. Gunung Brinchang sits 2032 metres above sea level and it comes with stunning panoramic views. As you drive through rolling tea plantations and drink in the views, your guide will tell you all about it. A highlight is a short hike on Coral Hill which looks like it’s been plucked straight from a fairy-tale. On the way back to the resort, we’ll visit a tea plantation. |
Day 3: Cameron Highlands to Kuala Lumpur, Penang or Pangkor Laut Today you’ll leave the Cameron Highlands and travel on to your next destination. We recommend continuing north explore the cultural hub of Penang, or heading west over to the private island of Pangkor Laut, where palm-fringed beaches and an award-winning spa await.
What's in the tour? • 4.5-Star accommodation • Afternoon tea on Day 1; breakfast on Days 2 & 3 • Air-conditioned vehicle • Driver/guide • Entrance fees ACCOMMODATION 4.5* Cameron Highlands Resort The Cameron Highlands Resort is tucked away on forested slopes, 1500 metres above sea level. This boutique hideaway has been designed as a home-away-from-home and it fuses warm Asian hospitality with British traditions. Spend your free time here playing rounds of golf (the resort fronts an 18-hole golf course), strolling along jungle trails and tucking into traditional afternoon tea. There’s a Dining Room overlooking the mountains and golf course, an English-style bar complete with whiskey tastings and a pool table, and a tea room named after Jim Thompson – the American who revitalised the Thai silk industry. The resort’s décor is a throwback to its colonial heritage; think tall French doors, timber-beamed ceilings and plantation shutters, combined with teak wood and Jim Thompson’s beautiful Asian silks. Each of the 56 rooms is colonial in style, with dark wooden furniture and four-poster beds, and comes with a balcony or terrace where you can sit out and relax after a day exploring. |

Chris and Caroline booked me a great trip to the Algarve which I just returned from. They responded quickly to my enquiry, talked me through the options and booked a stunning hotel with a great location. Ben Cheshire

I would not hesitate to recommend CT4N Travel. They have helped us book the perfect holiday in the past and helped us with advice and support when looking to book in these trying times for the industry. We much appreciated their knowledge and honest opinions. We will definitely be coming back as soon as we are able to book again.
