Maalu Maalu Resort & Spa

The Maalu Maalu Resort & Spa is a beautiful 4 star hotel located on a 3 km stretch of beach called Pasikudah Beach in the east of Sri Lanka.

Built in the style of a traditional Sri Lankan Village, the hotel exudes a rustic charm with the guest rooms located in timber buildings and chalets. Inside the rooms are decorated the smae way with dark wood and furnishings which provide a welcoming splash of colour.

There is a large swimming pool with paddling pools for the children located next to it.

There are three restaurants at the property with authentic Sri Lankan cuisine and seafood featuring high on the menu. By the beach, traditional fishing boats have been transformed into unique dining areas.

The spa specialises in Ayurvedic treatments along with Yoga and meditation.

For those who want a bit of activity, watersports include jet-skiing, windsurfing and kayaking whilst snorkelling and diving are very popular due to the nearby reef and shipwreck.
