One & Only Le Saint Geran

For many years the One & Only Le Saint Geran has been the standout property in Mauritius and has recently undergone a refurbishment to take it into the next years.

The staff (many of whom have been longstanding employees) are famous for their hospitality, the exclusive location on a private peninsula and of course the views have all remained the same.

Starting with the restaurants, choose from Tapasake - a fusion restaurant combining Spanish Tapas with Pan Asian flavours and PRIME - a top notch steakhouse. 

Then there is La Terasse where Mauritian, Indian, Chinese and Mediterranean dishes are prepared in front of your eyes and La Pointe - where the local catch of the day is grilled over firewood.

Rooms and suites all feature enhanced outdoor space, facing the beach, ocean or lagoon. Suites have personalised butler service and Villa One, which is the secluded two bedroomed villas with private pool and direct beach access has dedicated staff from butlers to private chefs.

Three swimming pools, including one at the very tip of the peninsula offer plenty of space to relax and take in the ambience. Partnered with ESPA, the One & Only Spa only adds to this relaxation with a variety of luxurious treatments.

​If you can partake in some activities, then a state of the art fitness centre, two padel courts, three tennis courts and a spinning room are all available to use.
