Bahamas Temperature & Rainfall
BAHAMAS
The Bahamas has so much going for it including fabulous weather, stunning beaches and great activities. Classed as part of the Caribbean (although technically it is seperate and in the Atlantic Ocean), the beaches have a pink hue to them, with turquoise shallow waters turning dark, inky blue as they get deeper. They also have many beachside food shacks where you can taste the freshly caught seafood.
Whilst you are relaxing on the beaches and enjoying the shallow waters that the Bahamas are named after, see if you can spot the sun loving iguanas or the swimming pigs that they are famous for.
The capital city of Nassau, located on the island of Grand Providence is the main place to go where you will find world class restaurants and modern bars. You can learn to roll cigars or go on a rum tasting tour.
