Luxury guestrooms of the Sugar Mill Rooms offer king-sized four poster beds and a terrace offering views of Gros Piton and the Tropical Gardens. Take breakfast on the terrace where it is served with stunning views out to sea. For lunch you can choose from Bonte Restaurant & Bar or Jalousie Grill. The former serves up beachfront fun with dishes such as shrimp tacos and wood fired pizzas. Jalousie offers grill from lunchtime to dinner. Choose either of the two previously mentioned or dine at the newly enhanced Saltwood for dinner. Steak and seafood is on the menu here with views of the Pitons. Then there is Boopa's, a cafe where you can grab something at any time of day. |

The waters which border the hotel are part of National Marine Reserve, making them the perfect place for diving and snorkelling. This can be easily done with the PADI dive centre on site.
Children are cared for at a year round complimentary kids club. |
