Bahia Del Duque

​The Bahia Del Duque is a bit of an institution where Tenerife hotels are concerned. As a member of Leading Hotels of the World, the service and standards are exceptional as you would expect.

The hotel is designed in a Spanish Village style, with turrets, bridges and buildings dotted around the ground, decorated in pastel colours.

The grounds of the hotel lead through exotic gardens down to the excellent beach located just outside the hotel gates.

Rooms at the property are either garden or sea view or if you want to upgrade then the Junior Suites have additional space or the Casas Ducales Sea View rooms are in an exclusive area and have extras such as butler service and access to VIP areas.

Culinary options at the hotel range from buffets to gourmet local cuisine. SUA has Basque cuisine, Alisios Market Food is based on the freshest seasonal ingredients, La Trattoria is traditional Italian, Sensu has Sushi and a Robatayaki grill and the Michelin Star Nub has a menu full of Latin American and European dishes. There are also a number of snack bars dotted around the hotel grounds.

So with over 20 food and beverage options to choose from, you may want to work it off and there are plenty of facilities at the hotel as well. With 5 swimming pools (including a childrens pool), spa, fitness centre, exercise classes, watersports, beach volleyball, tennis, squash, paddle courts, pitch and putt and a private yacht there is definitely something for everyone to do.
