Bermuda Temperature & Rainfall
BERMUDA
Although we include Bermuda in our Caribbean section, this island is actually 1000's of miles north of the Caribbean. A very sophisticated island but with a laid back atmosphere, it has stunning pink sand beaches and pastel coloured villages dotting the landscape. Still very much in tune as Britain's oldest colony, afternoon tea is very much a tradition here.
Despite being much further north than the rest of the Caribbean, Bermuda stays warm year round with temperatures in the mid twenties in the winter months.
The capital Hamilton, as with the rest of the island, has a unique cultural mix having been shaped by Black and African Americans as well as the British influence. Because of this, it is rich with history and boasts food that is unique when compared with the Caribbean.
Those coming to Bermuda for sports and activities are spoilt for choice. The island is a golfers paradise with three large clubs packed into the island, all of which offer beautiful vistas whilst you play. The courses are of high quality as well, being used on the PGA Tour regularly.
Due to its long and thin shape Bermuda has plenty of coastline for you to explore and its famous for its pink sand beaches such as those at Horseshoe Bay and Clearwater Beach.
