Stays are available on an all-inclusive basis and you won’t have to worry about a lack of choice. With 8 a la carte restaurants, 3 buffet restaurants, 2 jerk chicken shacks as well as a sports bar and a coffee shop, your only problem which delicious place to eat at next. Negril and Mobay show cooking and buffet restaurants offer plenty of choice for breakfast or go a la carte at Poseidon seafood restaurant which offers great food with sea views. Stay with Poseidon or enter The Blue Lagoon buffet restaurant for lunch. A gorgeous open-air restaurant located near the main pool, The Blue Lagoon offers a wide selection of international cuisines as well as other hot or cold options and plenty of dessert choices. Throughout the day keep the drinks coming at the Infinity Saloon Bar with 180-degree sea views or swim up to The Blue Lagoon Bar which sits next to the main pool, both open until the early hours. Alternatively, catch all the best games from around the globe at the sports bar which is open 22 hours a day and serves drinks and snacks while you watch. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet to read a book visit the Miss Lou Bar, which along with its colonial décor allows you a little quiet time for a board game or book in air-conditioned settings with a bartender on hand. Dinner is when you are truly spoilt, a range of cuisines served in stunning settings inspired by the food they serve. Portofino serves up Italian cuisine surrounded by the smell of the Mediterranean or perhaps you want to experience a taste of India at Bhogali, where tempting aromas waft throughout the restaurant. Sumptuori offers great Japanese food with a teppanyaki spectacle or visit paradise for meat lovers at the El Dorado steakhouse where you’ll find the best cuts of meat grilled to perfection. Discover regional Jamaican specialties made with local produce such as okra, ackee and allspice at Xaymaica then the next evening maybe its time for some Mexican flair at La Adelita. Once you’ve eaten and spent the night enjoying yourself at one of the bars then retire to your beautiful room. All the suites are lavishly designed with modern interiors, comfortable beds and all the amenities you could want. All bathrooms feature a bath and separate shower cubicle as well as plenty of mirrors. Enjoy the view of the resort, gardens or ocean from your room. Chris was lucky enough to stay in a Superior Junior Suite with Private Pool and Ocean View, these amazing adults only rooms have been recently refurbished and alongside a king bed they feature a modern infinity pool which overlooks the Caribbean. The resort has one of the largest swimming pools in the Caribbean that curves in a horseshoe shape around a short pier which sticks out from the main building. Not content with just its size, it is also an infinity pool that looks out to the beachfront. There is also a kid’s waterpark and two other pools, one of which, Roselle, is the ideal spot for chilling with submerged loungers and a hydromassage pool in the centre. For a truly relaxing experience visit the luxurious Zentropia Spa. It's hydrotherapy circuit includes a steam room, sauna, showers, lazy river, adults only pool, hot and cold pools as well as ice showers. Get access to this circuit for 90 minutes for just $39. The spa also has a gym with a weights room and cardio area. You’re also spoilt for sports and activities with a football pitch, basketball and beach volleyball courts as well as 3 tennis courts, an archery field and mini golf. If you’re wanting a bit more than mini golf then the nearby and world renowned Tryall Golf Course is available for those who stay at the resort. The sports aren’t just limited to the land, and next to some of the beautiful beaches at the resort is an extensive list of water sports that you can take part in. These include but aren’t limited to – windsurfing, kayaking, snorkelling, diving and catamaran.
